How it's made
Each box is cut from a standard 4 × 8 ft sheet — plywood, nylon or another stable material — and CNC-optimised for minimal waste. It assembles with no tools, stacks up to 5 units high, and is built to be carried and handled by one person. Originally created in 2004 and fully renewed in 2020, with complete .DWG design files ready for production.
